A Better Shield

I have been working on how to make better shields for my medieval army. This time I have got a great idea of how to make them better. Real medieval armies had many types of shields. Round shields are called bucklers, archers and other infantry mostly had these slung on their backs to make it easy to carry and protect themselves. Pavise shields were carried by crossbow men, because it protected them when they where reloading. Kite shields carried by most infantry, by far the most recognizable. Also, the "heater" shields were more suited when jousting and on horseback. I have created a different kind of shield, with an interesting design.
